We provide comprehensive legal services covering all facets of data protection law. Our practice includes managing and executing data protection compliance projects, advising clients on data privacy matters in their daily operations, and conducting GDPR/KVKK readiness assessments. We offer expert counsel on data subjects' rights and requests, cross-border data transfers, data localization requirements, sector-specific regulations, cybersecurity issues, and data breach notifications. Furthermore, we represent clients in appealing adverse decisions issued by the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK).

Our team represents clients before the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority in matters concerning data breach notifications and other administrative proceedings. We also develop litigation strategies and manage legal actions to challenge unfavorable decisions rendered by the Authority.

We actively support our clients, in their capacity as Data Controllers, to fulfill their legal obligations. This includes assisting with the preparation and maintenance of their personal data processing inventories for registration with the Data Controllers' Registry (VERBİS) and establishing necessary internal data privacy policies as part of their corporate compliance programs.
